Fitness Blog 34: 31st March,2011. Last day of...
3 miles in 30 minutes! Surprisingly, my second and third mile was faster than my first mile. I guess I wasn’t warmed up enough yet…oh well. I’m fairly pleased. c;

My anger is raging through my blood streams.
GAHHHHHH.
I weighed myself this morning like I always do.
120.8 the first time. 121.8 the 2nd,3rd and 4th.
122 the 5th time!!!!!! WHAT IS THIS.
and yesterday when I came home from school, I was 121. I usually weigh more during the afternoon because I drink lots of water during the day and I’ve eaten lunch.

I never actually realized how 1 month of healthy living can do to your body until I took a progress picture and compared the two.
Looking at the 2 pictures, I’m quite happy. I know there isn’t a drastic difference between the two, but becoming fit is a slow process. And as long as I can see progress each month I’ll be happy.
This also makes me love myself a little bit more....

A quick little blog about today.
I ate around 1550 calories.
I ran for 2.5 miles. >_> ehh. I know, not my best speed. I felt like I was about to puke but I finished my 30 min run. I think it’s because it took me 10 mins to warm up. gah.
I did 50 jacknifes and cooled myself down with a downward facing dog pose. c;
Total Intake: 1550 calories - 200 calories = 1350 calories.

Fitness Blog 29: 26th March,2011. Just went for a...
I did 3 sessions of 10 min runs. Mainly to test out my actual speed. It takes around 9 mins and 15 secs to run a mile. I need to increase my speed by 15 seconds within the next 2 weeks or so. I really want to become a runner. c;
As for my food intake today…
Breakfast: 300 calories.

fitness blog 27: 24th march, 2011 i went shopping...
the sad thing is that i DO see improvement in my legs. when i stand up, there is a very very VERY tiny gap in between my legs which i never had.
well it’s only been 3 weeks since i became dedicated to exercising. let’s give it another 3 weeks and hope my thighs get toner by then.

So on average, I run a 9.3 minutes mile.
I’m not too happy. >_> Well at least, I know my ACTUAL speed and I am quite pleased that I can run a mile in single digits. For my next run, which will probably be in 2 days. I’m aiming for an 8 minute mile, a time that’s faster than 9 minutes.

I bought an ice-cream cake after school…I know it’s I’m not suppose to eat ice-cream during my lent but I while I prayed to God, I told him that my birthday cake was an exception. Please forgive me. TT^TT. And yes I know it’s unhealthy, but who doesn’t like cake?

Review: Level 1 of JM's 30 day shred
i just did the level one workout, it burns your legs but it’s not too TOO bad. the cardio was actually pretty easy since I usually go crazy on running on my wii fit. Out of the 27 mins of the work out. I did probably alittle more than 20 mins. I couldn’t do the ab workouts, not because I was giving up but I didn’t know HOW to do obliques.. I did the curl-ups and the reversed...
