Meal Plan for tomorrow:
-Mom’s making noodles in the morning and that’s like 800 calories. GAH.
Breakfast - 800 calories.

-I need to finish/eat at least one slice of Mom’s homemade pizza or she’ll threaten me…

I think i’ll do a slight cleanse tomorrow.
On the mean time. I ate around 1700-1800 cals today, since Mom made pizza, BUT I did go for a 2.5 mile run in 25 mins. I could’ve ran for 3 miles, but supper was ready and mom was nagging… So, that leaves me to 1500-1600 cals.

Anyhow, I did 80 regular jacknifes. Boy did they kill! Slacking off does NOT help with your body, the ‘dent’ in the middle of my abs is gone. Let’s give it a week or so, it should be back by then.

Fitness Blog 1: Starting over. 26th - 27th...
I’m not going to count the calories I’ve eaten considering I had Asian fondu for supper for the past 2 days, BUT I did forced myself to run.
A 3 k yesterday and A 2 k today (actually a little more), I ran about a 9.5 minute mile today.
ps. my mom bought me some Easter chocolates, it’s been years since I’ve had those!
PPS. Everyday I allow myself to have 1 hershey...

Fitness Blog 42: I binged today...
I ate around 1700-1800 calories.
This week had been so horrible, I just started to run again and my cliche teeange girl emotions were acting up and of course with the layers of procrastination and piles of assignments due, my stress radar is way beyond the peak. Though I promise, tomorrow will be better. I’ll have a cleanse tomorrow.

I ran 3 miles today, my running’s back. I’m quite satisfied. I ran about a 9 mintue mile.
Ate way too much for the past feel days. I ate around 1600 calories day.
Exercise:
30 min run (3 miles) =-200 calories.
Total Intake: 1600 calories - 200 calories = 1400 calories.

I like to ensure my body that I’M THE BOSS.
oh and for runners out there, NEVER take a week long break from running, unless you’re incredibly sick. then you should rest, but i mean it. i haven’t run for more than a week and i almost choked myself today. ;/
I ate around 1600-1700 calories today, but burned 200 from running. So I took around 1400-1500 calories. I get hungry...

April Goals.
No particular order whatsoever.
1. Sleep at 11:15 every night, 12:00 on weekends.
2. Spend at least one full day studying during weekends.
3. Spend at least 3 hours each day reviewing on week days.
4. Watch only 1 episode of Asian Dramas each day.
5. Lose 4 pounds by the first week of May. I NEED to become 117, but the end of April.
