Summer Fitness Blog 04: 30th June,2011 I'M GOING...
Me and my friend are going to our school’s graduating Europe Trip next year during Easter! We’re going to Netherlands, Belgium and France! I’M SO EXCITED. I’VE NEVER BEEN TO EUROPE BEFORE.

Summer Blog 04: 29th June,2011 WENT TO THE GYM 5...
I didn’t burn too much today, 415 calories.
Exercise:
40 mins high resistance on the elliptical -415 calories
Ugh, I get so annoyed when I wake up too late. Since I like to wait 2 hours after meals to exercise ,therefore I’m forced to skip my breakfast and have an early lunch. I would go to the gym later, but I really want/need to study. GAH.

Summer Fitness Blog 03: 28th June,2011.
GAH, I ate like a snort today.
3 cookes, a cup of ice-cream, a smoke meat sandwitch, lunch meat…
I’m not even going to count the calories I’ve eaten today. I was off track today, but that should not affect tomorrow!
On the bright side, I tried interval running today.

Summer Fitness Blog 02: 27th June,2011 425...
I went to the gym before breakfast today. I only drank a cup of green tea before I exercised.
Breakfast: …green tea. I went to the gym at 9:30am, by the time I was done, it was 12noon already.
Lunch: 700
shrimp pasta salad - 400
chicken salad - 300
*I’m trying to drink at least 3 litres a day, I usually drink 2 litres daily.
Water Intake so far: 2L

Summer Fitness Blog 01: 26th June,2011
Not counting yesterday, though I did burn 415 calories, but I ate way beyond my usual intake.
Breakfast: 700
bacon… x 6 = 300 but 400 just in case
eggs = 70
tea = 230
Didn’t have lunch today, since I was at the gym for 2 hours and it was 2:30pm already, I had an early supper though.
Supper:
rice - 250
tofu and ground pork - 450 or less

You can wear low cut shirts and cute little bikinis without popping out.
I know so many girls who wish they had bigger boobs, but I want girls to realize that being small isn’t so bad. Let’s be proud members of the itty-bitty-titty-committee! Hahaha ;) Does anyone else have anything to add? :)

I know this is completely barbaric, but they are such idiots and “money wasters”!
I was running on the treadmill, then a few 15/18 year-old girls walked in, they got on the bikes in front of the televisions, which was totally fine and acceptable.

Just got back from my FIRST gym workout! My...
2 miles on the tread mill took me 25 mintues, since i built up my speed starting from 3mph. I made it up to 6 today though! Aiming for 6.5 tomorrow or even 7! Will start from 4.5 instead of 3.
I also did 1.5 miles on the eliptical with high resistance low intensity for 27 mintues.
3.5 MILES IN TOTAL
AND GUESS HOW MANY CALORIES I BURNED?
415 CALORIES.

Just got back from a an hour walk. I actually...
I never knew how big my neighborhood was. I walked around the block 4 times and apparently that was 3 miles.
So I burned at least 150 calories doing so, actually almost 200 but you guys should know me by now. little miss just in case.
I’m planning on running 3 miles each day and walking for another 3 miles each day. That should burn 400 calories daily.
Anyhow, I’m going to go burn...

Life is just full of disappointments.
First, my Physics grade now this.
Apparently in order to join the FREE teen fitness program at the gym, I have to bring a parent in for an orientation, so that they can show us instructions on how to use and clean the equipment and such.
Interesting thing, the orientation is at 11 am. My mom’s at work during 11 and my dad lives in Hong Kong.

1. Finish studying one chapter of Maths and Chemistry by every Saturday. Thus 6 days of studying per week. Starting tomorrow 21st June,2011.
2. 3 hours of Chemistry each day
3. 2 hours of Math each day
4. Sunday will be a rest day. A day to relax, detox, do beauty regiments and yoga.
5. Lose 5 pounds in July
6. Lose 3 pounds in August
7. Lose 8 pounds in total and finally reach my goal...
