Sometimes I really wish I look cuter in the gym. I seriously look like a MESS whenever I exercise. Nowhere near a hot mess, but a ridiculous puddle of sweat. Hair flying all over the place, body odor suffocating the person next to me etc. I am rather grateful that close to none of my school mates go there. Summer Fitness Blog 19: 25th July,2011.
Exercise:
35 min high resistance elliptical -400 calories.
I ate around roughly 1450 calories today.
Net intake: 1450 - 400 = 1050 calories.

On a side note, I was once the girl who takes 10/11 minutes to run a mile, the girl who stops after running for every 2/3 mintues. The girl that whines like there’s no tomorrow when she realizes there’s gym class that day.
I know I don’t run far distances yet. But a mile in 8 min 49 seconds is a huge step for me. I hope it inspires...

Summer Fitness Blog 17: 20th July,2011
I ran for 1.5 miles today with 1 mile of 6.6 mph (9 min 05 sec) then for the other 0.5 miles, I went from 6.7 to 7.3 :D :D :D I’m pretty sure I worked pretty hard today, since my legs were shaking during my shower hahah.
