19/365: 1500 calories. I'm back on track!
I went to the gym today.
I planned to go for a 2 mile run on the treadmill, but my energy level was below the average and I was falling asleep in class the entire day. I really didn’t want to go to the gym, but since I changed already, I did anyway and I am soooooo glad!

18/365: It's been 18 days already?
So I wasted 18 days of fitness already?
I’ve been in the dumps lately. I seem to be juggling between school and fitness and emotional problems constantly.
Tomorrow is September 30th, I have one month to drop 3-4 pounds. I can do this.
I’ll look cute in my halloween costume, interesting fact, I don’t even have plans on halloween. I just want to wear the costume to school.

17/365: Banana Splits, Biology and Fish Net Thigh...
I ate like a walrus today.
I went baby clothes shopping with my Mom since I’m an aunt now! We decided to have dinner at the mall’s food court and I had to pick the bad choices of food; fried chicken, shared a banana split with my mom etc.
Anyway, forget that and forgive me for now.
I did horrible in my biology quiz.
Note to self, NEVER listen to teachers or believe them when they...

Just got back from healthy grocery shopping at...
I bought 2 cases of baby spinach, some fat free cottage cheese, fat free liberte yogurt (i eat this everyday!), some fresh tomatoes, some strawberries and… a pair of runners’ leggings and a matching long sleeve sweat proof top!

17/365: A bit of exercising, procrastinating and...
Exercise: -300 calories
I ran 1.7 miles in 15 minutes today, I’m happy, but I was aiming for 2 miles, I should’ve just sucked it up and run for another 3 minutes. I’m still proud and happy though, I felt a bit sick while I was running, I guess my body is still trying to get used to me exercising.
oh. and i checked my heart rate, it was 170, so it’s 15 minutes of high...
