Indulgence vs Reinforcement.
no more junk March here I come!
aside from my ice-cream cake for my birthday.
But this past week and a half has been stressful, and I sort of over eat junk foods.
so no more junk food for me this month!
Who’s with me?
Goals to achieve before June 1st, both school, fitness and life:
Academics:
-85 overall average, preferably almost 86, just to be safe. 84.8 atm …
-80+ average in English, almost there, 1.6 marks to go.
-Maintain my A in pre calc, hopefully at least an 83 average.
-Do better in Geography pop quzzies, no do good in them and improve my average and make it higher.
-Go in public exam with an A+ average for Biology and get teacher to drop lowest test mark.
-Study 1.5 hours - 2 hours daily, homework time not included.
-Maintain a B+ in AP Lit, aim for a 3 in the exam…
-Read the Grapes of Wrath/Frankenstein regularly.
Fitness:
-25.5 inch waist.
-Body fat under 20% around 19%.
-Jog 3 miles and still feel excellent. ( I can now jog for 2 miles now and still feel pretty great. c;)
-RUNNING 3 miles in under 27 minutes.
-Run a mile in 8 minutes.
-I also need to do up an exercise schedule again.
-No junk food for the remainder of March.
-Only eat healthy snacks when volunteering, avoid temptations.
-Do yoga weekly, starting with 1 session per week.
-Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are Gym days.
-Get my strong core/ abby cakes back and let them stay permanently.
Life:
-Learn how to play the ukulele, (my friend’s getting me one for my birthday!!!)
-Get my permit.
-Go to driving school with my friend.
-Get better at taking photos
-Start my friends 19th birthday gift project.
